Shipping Terms

  • We offer free shipping as follows:
    • $8 for all orders under $39 and Free shipping over $39 for most countries. 
    • Some countries may have extra charge due to higher shipping cost
    • There might be an international transaction fee charged by third party when place an order. 
  • Custom / Tax / Duty is customer's responsibility to deal with it and pay the respective duty / tax in their country. We are not responsible for any custom / tax / duty.
  • Customers from Germany, Italy, & Brazil require tax number for their shipment to be processed smoothly.
  • We do not accept PO Box addresses.
  • If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, customer will be responsible for any additional charges incurred.

Shipping Time

  • The current shipping takes around 3 to 12 business days for most countries and you will receive the tracking information email after order shipped. 
  • It's around 7 to 18 business days for some countries. 
  • Please bear in mind that there could be unavoidable delays from Shipping carrier due to uncontrolled factors.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update.

Returns/ Cancel Policy

It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before you use. If any errors or issues arise then these need to be reported  to us immediately so we can investigate. 

RIGHT TO CANCEL  

You have the right to cancel the order within 1 day after you place the order or if your order is not shipped out yet. Please email us to check the status of parcel first and we will email you back as quickly as we can. 

NOTE:  10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your payment.

RIGHT TO RETURN

We accept a return if we sent you the wrong item or if the item is faulty. Please contact our customer service team to arrange your return. We will need to know your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for return.
